Indian Rocks Beach is a quiet town of 4,200 full-time residents located on the coast, just south of the City of Belleair Beach, which in turn is located just south of Clearwater Beach.
Indian Rocks Beach was initially developed in the 1920's a a weekend getaway destination for wealthy Tampa residents. It's 2.7 miles of quiet beaches are popular with families and senior citizens alike. Despite it's "sleepy" appearance, Indian Rocks Beach is home to some of the best-known restaurants along Gulf Coast, including Crabby Bills, Guppy's and Brewmasters Steakhouse (at Harbourside Holiday Inn). Just across the Walsingham bridge, you will also find the elegant Baypointe Supper Club in Seminole.
Indian Rocks Beach is home to an Arts and Crafts Festival every November and April. At the festival, many local artists showcase their works.
