The Wisconsin Be SMART (Save Money And Reduce Trash) Coalition is an award-winning partnership of local municipalities, state agencies, non-profit and environmental organizations, businesses, and schools dedicated to reducing waste, increasing recycling, and conserving resources in Wisconsin. The Coalition currently has 34 municipal members who are responsible for ensuring recycling compliance in their communities.
