Baltimore Credit & Collection Services, Inc. was started in August of 1997 to provide credit & collection services to clients nationwide, and now worldwide.

Robert Holt has twenty years in credit and collections management. This has included five years with a prominent factoring company located here in Baltimore. Until recently, he was also president of the South Carroll Business Association from 2002-2004. Holt serves on the Special Education Citizen's Advisory Council for Carroll County, and serves as the Vice President of the Board of Spectrum Support, a non-profit agency that assists those with developmental disabilities. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Caring Communities, which hosts the twice annual World of Possibilities Disabilities Expo.
