In 1924, the Nelson Brothers started a new company called "Nelson Machinery Company." The company began doing contract machining in addition to becoming a distributor for several leading brands of metal working, wood working and metal fabricating machines. Shortly thereafter, the company's name was changed to Bay Verte Machinery, Inc. Early in 1997, Bay Verte Machinery, Inc. was reorganized into three divisions: 1. The Power Tool Store. is our retail outlet.
