The Zyoptix laser delivers faster treatment times than any other Bausch & Lomb laser. It offers the only custom treatment with combined 1mm and 2mm spot scanning lasers, yeilding higher accuracy. For more standard LASIK operations, PlanoScan is used for nearly 1/4 conventional treatments in the US (1).
