Barker Educational Services Team, LLC (BEST) was founded in 2006 by Bob Barker, former Senior Executive Vice President for the Apollo Group, Inc. He recognized the opportunity to help the under-served market of traditional colleges and universities increase enrollments for non-traditional students and programs. BEST works hand-in-hand with the Admissions Departments at educational institutions to help them market and increase enrollments for their online and on-campus programs.
