Welcome to the Internet Website of Campbell Transportation Company, Inc. (CTC) and C&C Marine Maintenance, Inc. (C&C). Together, our two independent marine service providers represent one of the largest river towing organizations on the Upper Ohio River, operating a combined fleet of 420 open hopper barges and 30 towboats. We have been serving the utility, steel and marine industries for nearly 70 years, from Huntington, West Virginia, to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
