National Throws Squad comes to Bandon Athletic Club. PRO Report: 12th Nov 2009 The AAI National Throws Squad comes to Bandon on Saturday 14th and Sunday 15th November. The National Throws squad consists of the top achieving athletes from clubs throughout the country who have excelled in throwing events. This is the first time that the squad have ventured down to West Cork. Events are normally held in Tullamore and occasionally at other venues.
