Paramount Vinyl Products Corporation was founded in 1961. It started with a plastic sandal manufacturing operation in Caloocan City. By 1964, rubber beach sandal was added to the production line. The company experienced continued growth and ventured into other fields such as soles, films, mattings, rubber sheets, etc.
