Muriel Berkeley, Ph.D. - PRESIDENT Dr. Berkeley founded the Baltimore Curriculum Project in conjunction with the Abell Foundation in 1996, and continues to work with principals on issues of human resources, curriculum, and professional development. Prior to founding BCP, she had extensive experience in Baltimore City schools as a teacher and program director.
