BAJA IT Consulting LLC, was founded in 2002 by Jerry Bray and soulmate Alice Bray with a vision of raising the bar of excellence in service. Both Alice and Jerry continue as our principal consultants maintaining a level of customer satisfaction rarely matched. We provide simple and maintainable solutions to the computer problems many companies encounter in the convoluted environment that PeopleSoft delivers. Whether a client needs a new printer, or the planning of an entirely new architecture, BAJA delivers a successful IT solution that will fit within the PeopleSoft environment with minimal maintenance and support cost.
Alice and Jerry believe that many of the firms offering PeopleSoft implementation and upgrade services fail to deliver on the most basic aspect of consulting (providing qualified people). This is due to a limited supply of knowledgeable consultants and an industry mindset that focused on pursuing increased sales rather than consulting excellence.
