I am honored to serve as your 2006 TBBA President! As TBBA just won the FHBA Spike Club of the Year Award, it is very evident that membership growth is the thread that upholds and strengthens the Tampa Bay Builders Association. It is with that strength that we will continue to build on the foundations laid by previous leadership. I am especially honored to be the second female President of this association, following a path that was set in motion years ago by Brenda Kunkel with Newland Communities.
