The New B rockton A rts and C ultural A ssociation is a community organization, which was initially formed and appointed by Mayor John T. Yunits, Jr during his administration.
Today, the original BACA Board has reorganized itself as a private community organization with many of its original members including Executive Director, Gayle Kelley. BACA is continuing it’s passionate commitment to the arts and culture in Brockton.
