Having lived most of his life on St. Croix, Tony Ayer, his partner/daughter Linda Ayer Holt and experienced team can offer an in depth knowledge of island properties and an understanding of island ways that few Realtors can. Richards & Ayer Associates is the only real estate firm on St. Croix with offices in both the towns of Christiansted and Frederiksted.
