Description
Axiom Realty is a sole proprietorship founded in December, 1997 by Robert C. "Bob" Welle. Over the course of more than 20 years in commercial real estate, Bob has completed transactions in retail, office and industrial real estate. Bob began his career in commercial real estate in 1979 as general manager of Prairie Jackson Corp., a real estate development company in Elkhart, Indiana. Bob was responsible for all leasing and management of two grocery-anchored community shopping centers and also assisted with leasing and managing a 500 acre industrial park.
In 1990 Bob returned to the Minneapolis/Saint Paul metropolitan area as the general manager of Signal Hills Mall in West St. Paul and leasing manager for six suburban retail and office properties. From November, 1992 to December, 1997 Bob worked for Reliance Real Estate Services, Inc. in Minneapolis as a broker associate. In addition to his brokerage activities Bob also served as Vice President of Property Management and supervised a staff of eight in the management of three office buildings in downtown Minneapolis.
After graduating from Saint John's University in Collegeville, Minnesota with a bachelor's degree in business administration in 1974, Bob worked for First National Bank of Minneapolis (First Bank System) for five years. He was an officer in private banking serving the financial needs of physicians, attorneys, dentists, architects and non-profit organizations.
