- Axia first formed when entrepreneurs Colin Strutz and Trent Rock were introduced to pro riders Tommy Czeschin and Matt Lindenmuth. For years, guys like Tommy and Matt and the rest of the rider community thought it would be really cool to create a company owned by riders and focused on making the best snowboards possible. They visualized boards made with the best combinations of materials and processes, designs based on rider-generated feedback, and decked-out with the hottest graphics.
