American Women in Radio and Television (AWRT) is a non-profit professional organization of women and men who work in the electronic media and allied fields. There is a nationwide membership of over 3,000 individuals.
The mission of the Golden Gate Chapter of AWRT is to provide a forum for educational topics and current industry focus in the field of broadcast and allied fields on a local basis.
Further, the local Golden Gate Chapter of AWRT will be committed to community service and nonprofit projects that will enrich and educate its members and sponsors.
