Welcome to our catalogue for 2006!
The 2006 Catalogue has over 300 additions, including the new ‘Tropic Verbascums’ from the national collection holders, lots more geraniums, crocosmias and eryngiums. Many of our plants can be seen in the display garden. We’ve also included a list of Clematis which are a speciality at Russell’s.
We're always looking for new and unusual plants and old varieties no longer widely available, not forgetting some better known old favourites essential to every gardener's palette.
Attractions
Our display garden has been very popular with visitors, and we’re frantically propagating plants requested from the garden for this year. If you make a note of plants you like in the garden which aren’t available at the nursery, we can send you a reminder next year. In May and September we will open the garden for the first time as part of the ‘Yellow Book’ National Garden Scheme. We’re also happy to open for visits from clubs and societies, and we can provide refreshments if needed.
