As one of the first manufacturers devoting to parts and accessories for Racing & Tuning, we began to develop and produce the Tuning & Racing parts from 1990 in mainland China. With over ten years of hardworking and developing, all our 1,000 employees devoted themselves into improving again and again in idea, knowledge, management and technological process, and build up a whole set of quality-control and product testing system. Right now, the manufacturer under our banner and most of our suppliers have been ISO9000/ISO9002 approved and a lot of products acquired TUV/GS,CE,UL,ANSI approvals.
We have got 3 big tooling works in our manufacturing center, can make tooling for Aluminum diecasting, zinc alloy diecasting, plastic injection, pressing, drawing and other products by ourselves. And we have professional filter production line, and a whole set of process for finish, such as alum. anodizement and chrome plating, zim-plating, genuine carbon fiber finish and carbon fiber film finish. Meanwhile, we have the largest polishing line in the Fareast, about 160 workers work hard day and night. Our annual capacity can be 300,000pcs for Exhaust tips & Mufflers, and also 300,000pcs air intake tubes, 1,500,000pcs air filters and a lot of other products.
We have not only R & D and manufacture capacity, also we have been going all out to supply chain management and co-operate with some world-famous logistic companies both in sea shipment and air shipment, we provide our customers with door-to-door service if they prefer. Under our high-speed team-work, we can arrange emergency orders within 1 week by airshipment.
