Great revenge by Aussie Bob
I always thought Aussie Bob owning AussieHost.com, was a real slap in the face to Gary meadows, who owned aussiehostS.com. How Gary left AussieHost.com open, while he built aussiehostS.com, is beyond belief.
Bob owning the domain over Gary's aussiehostS.com domain was a bit of a laugh, and a tad cruel, and Gary selling up aussiehostS.com, rather than fighting Bob for the right to AussieHost.com, was also typical of Gary. Although I don't think Aussie Bob is a saint either.
They had some run ins on WHT, and I think Bob bought AussieHost.com as the perfect kick in the guts to Gary, hence Gary selling up and quitting the business. They bantered back and forward on WHT for a bit, and Gary threatened Bob with legal action, but nothing ever happened, except Gary quitting the business.
AussieHost.com certianly has an interesting back story.
