PAX Auction Option LLC, a franchise of Pacific Auction Exchange, Inc., is based in Pagosa Springs, Colorado and generally represents mountain resort properties in the Colorado and New Mexico Rocky Mountains & Four Corners area. However, we are equipped to hold real estate auctions throughout the Southwest, including California.
