If you are a non-member, be sure to order at the non-member price or you will receive a call from the business manager arranging to collect the non-member difference. A note regarding shipping. Domestic shipping is $5. Foreign buyers: We have no way to correctly charge postage to you on the website. In the "comments" box please state whether you want airmail or surface shipping. We charge $5.00 plus the actual postage. Call or email the business manager before sending check or money order. Credit card foreign orders will be billed twice, one for the the items and once for actual postage.
