Associated Ministries will be conducting a Moment of Blessing for Rosa Duran on Monday, December 21, 2009, 2:30 p.m. at 4627 72nd Street Ct E, Tacoma, WA 98443. Her life was lost December 5th, 2009. Moments of Blessing is a program of Associated Ministries designed to reclaim spaces where homicides have occurred. The brief worship service is open to the public and designed to give support to the victim's family, friends, and the neighboring community.
