Our History Asset Building Network, Inc. is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization headed by an Executive Director and governed by a Board of Directors representing a cross-section of the community in Houston and Harris County. Case Management Services is our primary ongoing services to the community. Asset Building Network was founded in January 1999 as a public charitable non-profit organization. It provides social services to meet the needs of children and families of low to moderate income. Asset Building Network's purpose is to find restorative solutions to problems facing families in crisis and to achieve self-sufficiency. Mission Asset Building Network’s mission is to build and restore individuals and families to achieve self-sufficiency through the provision of Case Management, Supported Employment, Rehabilitation, and Counseling Services Program. Asset Building Network, Inc. provides Case Management Services including Advocacy, Counseling, Education, Employment / Job Skills Training, Financial Assistance, Information and Referral to community resources.
