ASPSF IN BRIEF In 1990 ASPSF's founding members established this scholarship in recognition of the severe impoverishment of single-parent families in Arkansas. We work at the county level to organize affiliate scholarship funds operated by local residents. ASPSF helps the affiliate scholarship funds by providing on-site assistance with all phases of development and by offering seed grants to new affiliates and annual matching grants to existing affiliates.
