BitShop was started in 1995 by Steve Radich to serve the need of the then specialized Windows hosting market. At the time IIS was more of a rumor than a web server, Microsoft "didn't get" the internet, and SQL Server was at version 4.

At the time Sun ruled the net, most people had never heard of Linux, and the average person still had never seen a web browser.

Since then we have helped thousands and thousands of businesses get online, understand the internet, market their goods and services, and create business automation tools to assist them with their businesses.
