==Title== Problems with swallowing!!! Ask The Doctor Hi, i am 20 yo and last year i was smoking for about 4months {BLACK & MILDS}. And i had did a cold turkey, and at first it was so hard{because i was moving to NC for school}, i mean i wanted to smoke all the time but i had to control myself...Its been about 6 months and things are really weird...I have been not able to sleep well since i been here, and i have had to crush pills because if i take them whole it felt like they would get stuck in my throat....And i have been having chest pains, anxiety, hard time breathing and food feels like it gets stuck in my throat also...And the only reason i haven't been to a doctor is because my insurance doesn't work up here...I have told my grandmother about it but she says its all in my head...I have read up on PEOPLE THAT STOP SMOKING, and it says that different things will happen but will disspate...But it hasn't and i'm SCARED, sleepy, hungry..AND STRESSED...PLEASE TELL ME WHAT TO DO!!!!!
