Cape San Blas, Florida (June 16, 2006). Eric Pitts, Inspection Manager for Preble-Rish Inc. Consulting Engineers stated today that Phase I of the Cape San Blas Sewer Project has been accepted by the City of Port St. Joe and approved by the Department of Environmental Protection. Pitts said that Phase I of the Cape Sewer Project is now operational and runs from the Port St. Joe City Plant to the master lift station located near the Jubilation Subdivision, an Ashwood Development, on Cape San Blas.
