Arts Contact Warwickshire was developed in response to needs identified by Warwickshire’s arts sector. In December 2009 Warwickshire County Council’s County Arts Service surveyed arts professionals and organisations across the county about their needs, receiving a high number of responses. The survey showed that over 50% of respondents already used the internet and digital media for marketing and hosting artistic content online.
