I ensure that the backup system in place is properly functioning, and I recover some test data from an actual previous backup session. Then, I address any user concerns that may have arisen since the previous visit, fixing all the little things that tend to be annoyances that wouldn't warrant a special trip out by a technician. This monthly maintenance usually takes less than 30 minutes per workstation, and will insure a productive environment for your employees to work in. How much will this cost? $ 75.00 per hour Emergency - $ 95.00 per hour Evenings after 6 P.M. and all weekends are billed at $ 95.00 per hour One hour minimum 15 Minute billing increments 30 day satisfaction guarantee If the same (or related) problem reoccurs or the issue is not resolved with 100% satisfaction, a return visit in that 30 days is at no charge.
