Color and design is nothing new for Nancy Anne Cox. She was born in May of 1955 in the small colorful little 19th century town of Mount Vernon, Washington. For the most part, the skies were gray and full of rain, but in the spring, the town was engulfed in acres and acres of yellow and red tulip fields. Nancy’s creative talents grew out of good art teachers and the need to work with her hands. In the beginning, it was sewing and crafts.
