Arrears Talk was established in 2006 by Sean Taylor, then Director of Income Management at Stadium Housing Association, and prior to that the name of a voluntarily run website created in 2004 for the purpose of sharing and exchanging information published in Audit Commission Inspection Reports. Sean has an insatiable passion for income management, efficiency and people, which began in 1988 when he joined Wolverhampton MBC as a door-to-door rent collector.
