Despite the fact that Arizona is typically a lower income state and disposable incomes are pretty much non-existent, there is a relative abundance of upscale bars, clubs, and retail stores out here. Many of these venues don’t stand the test of time out here and eventually shut down, but there are a few hanging in there.
