Orders are generally shipped within 1 week. If there will be a delay in shipping, we will contact you. The only exception to this policy is when our Internet staff is on vacation.
We carefully pack your clock at our warehouse and insure it for shipping. Any damage should be reported to the shipper and us immediately. Keep the original carton your clock was packed in.
You will receive an email message when your clock is shipped giving you the UPS tracking number as well as the estimated date of delivery.
