The BC Association Appraisal Institute of Canada responds to the rapidly changing needs of clients, employers and society by representing, promoting and supporting our members as leaders in the counseling, analysis and evaluation of real property.
Members are employed in senior positions in corporations, small and medium-sized firms, all levels of government, and in public practice firms serving individuals and companies. As trusted professionals, our designated members represent the highest standard of real property expertise. Their commitment to professionalism makes BC Association Appraisal Institute of Canada members the preferred choice for real estate analysis, consulting and appraisal services.
All Provincial Council members are members in good standing of the BC Association Appraisal Institute of Canada who volunteer their time to act as Directors of the provincial association. Without their dedicated efforts on behalf of the membership, we would not have an association.
