The Model # is WJSR2070B2WW. It was off balance and started making a horrible noise and wouldn’t agitate or spin. It does fill up and pump the water back out. My son looked at it and pushed on something underneath and it agitated, but still wouldn’t spin. He says he thought some “shaft” was bent. He is not an appliance repair person, though. Online sites are suggesting some coupler thing could be the problem. I am praying it is not the clutch or transmission.
