Originally, APEX was focused on health benefits risk management, reinsurance systems, and provider consulting to support the rapidly changing healthcare environment in the 1990's. As the business grew, APEX developed a set of comprehensive actuarial tools to develop insurance and reinsurance rates. APEX.HRM, our health rating model, is currently licensed by over 50 organizations.
