Ansonia Public Schools is a small, urban school district located in the Lower Naugatuck Valley area of Connecticut. There are nearly 2,700 students attending four schools in the district. Several of our schools were restructured this year: John G. Prendergast School (Gr. K-6), John C. Mead School (Gr. K-6), Ansonia Middle School (Gr. 7 and 8) and Ansonia High School (Gr. 9-12).
