- From the time I was a small child, I was doing artsy things, but I was not what most would consider an artist. All the way up through my mid-teens, I drew and doodled constantly, but I only did it because I had ideas that needed to be expressed in some way. People eventually began to call me an artist, and I answered to the term, but I never really considered myself to be one. I didn't have any real goals, only lots of random ideas.
