THE QUALITY OF LIFE CAMPAIGN CONTINUES . . .Councilman Andre Sayegh does not need an election to campaign; all he needs is a cause. With the help of residents and other community activists Councilman Sayegh was able to keep a controversial go-go bar in South Paterson permanently closed.He has now turned his attention to shutting down another establishment which sadly is the site of Paterson's first homicide in 2009.
