In the earlier years, back in 1992, as a graduate of SCC Milford, Building Construction Program, I knew building homes was where I needed to be. I started framing homes as an employee of three different companies and eventually in 1998 had the opportunity to become a framing subcontractor. And as you well know, one can figure out the system to start general contracting homes for customers and speculative alike. We started general contracting homes in 2005 and haven’t stopped since.
