AMTRAN has announced a new feature to its Smart Bus project to get real-time bus departure information to customers quickly and easily. Customers can dial 944-1200 from their home phone, office or mobile phone and get real-time bus departure times for their specific bus stop. Just dial 944-1200 and punch in your bus stop number. A computerized voice will tell you when the next bus will be arriving at your stop. Each AMTRAN bus stop is assigned a number.
