- Packaged items must be in their unopened original packaging and in sellable condition. Unpackaged items must be unworn and have the original tags still attached and must be in sellable condition. Note: if you try on a bra when you put on a lot of perfume and the bra reeks of perfume, we will not take it back because we can no longer sell it.
- Send your return/exchange via the US or Canadian PostalService or UPS Ground.
