Guillaume Pepy, Chairman
Guillaume Pepy became Chairman of Eurostar in September 2002. Guillaume is also Deputy Chairman of SNCF. Guillaume began his career as a magistrate in the highest French administrative court, the Conseil d'Etat. He joined SNCF in 1988 as Chief of Staff to the Chairman, and became Strategy Director in 1993. He became a member of the SNCF Executive Committee in 1998.
Richard Brown, Chief Executive Officer
Richard Brown joined Eurostar in September 2002 and has worked in the UK rail industry for over 25 years. He worked for National Express Group from 1996 as Chief Executive, Trains and, latterly, as Group Commercial Director and Board member. Richard was also Chairman of the Association of Train Operating Companies (ATOC) in 2000 and 2001, during one of the most challenging periods for the UK rail industry.
Didier Dubois, Chief Operating Officer
Didier Dubois joined Eurostar in September 2005. He has worked at SNCF for 26 years, in both operational and managerial roles, participating in the launch of the TGV Atlantique antd TGV Mediterrannee. He was also Director d'Unité d'affaires TGV. His most recent role was as director of the Limoges region.
