Allied Group Sales has been in business since July 1, 1997 when Don Kaminski and Dave Mehrer purchased the Allied Gies Agency and formed Allied Group Sales. In February 2006 Dave Mehrer sold his interest in the business to Mick Upchurch. Mick owns 50% of the company and serves as CEO. AGS has been focused on the main priorities of our company, as defined by our mission statement.
