WHO WE ARE Albany Tomorrow, Inc. (ATI) is a business-based nonprofit corporation founded by community leaders to serve as the implementer of the Albany Downtown Riverfront Master Plan as a public private partnership. Created in the aftermath of the Flood of “94, the $210,000,000 Albany Downtown Riverfront Master Plan is a “blueprint” for a grand revitalization effort that calls for the creation of a new mix of economic, educational and cultural activities in Downtown Albany, Georgia.
