Case Managers are licensed health care professionals who, working in various settings, provide patient assessment, treatment planning, health care facilitation, and patient advocacy utilizing the most current industry Standards of Practice. There are over 10,400 members nationwide.As of January 2008, Alaska is one of the 75 affiliated chapters.
