Title
The Australian International Conservatorium of Music
Description
Excerpted from the website:
- For centuries artists have drawn inspiration from their environment. The opera, Tannhauser, and Siegfried-Idyll are among the works of Wagner that reflect the influence of his residence in the country residence of Prince Ludwig II. The Polonaise and Mazurka depict the influence of Poland, the country in which Chopin was born. Surroundings with paintings of famous musicians have inspired many to attain higher levels of perfection in their own work
- Recognising the importance of interaction between the quality of music produced and the environment, the Australian International Conservatorium of Music has chosen a serene, attractive site with a heritage building historically associated with music.
