- You may or may not know, we've got some raft freaks in this band, so the idea of the Animas river breaking its banks in the north valley and passing the record for yesterday's date by more than double made us giggle. We've been trying to record, but we've had some problems with the protools system lately. Not really sure what is going on there, seems like plugins are disappearing. I think the ol' g5 (the machine running protools) needs a thorough washin. I'll just open it up,dump some water in there and hope for the best. The river is down to a healthy 5000 cfs today of freezing cold muddy water complete with trees, logs, dead cows and other fun items. We're going rafting. This guy in the picture by the way, isn't any of us, he's just some dude playing in a wave. I took his picture.. bwuhahaha.
