- Jacque Cotton (frustrated) : We purchased your windows in 11/2002 and are VERY UNHAPPY. We have to put kleenex or something in them to keep the cold air out. We have came to the conclusion that we will have to put PLASTIC over these expensive windows next year, which I think is pretty sad. We paid almost $1700.00 and though it is double paned, the cold comes through the gaps. We looked in our paperwork and could not find any kind of warranty/guarantee etc., so I know we are just stuck with it and have to deal with it, but you get a D- in my book. The only reason you don't get an F is because they are nice to look at.
